Degreaser 750

Bio Gen Active® Degreaser 750 is an effective, high concentrated degreaser, mild to the user, material and to the environment. The product contains Bio Gen Active®, a 100 % natural, health and environmentally optimised substrate derived from whey. Contains silicone based defoamer.

Degreaser 1100

Bio Gen Active® Degreaser 1100 is an effective, high concentrated, solvent-free degreaser, mild to the user, material and the environment. Bio Gen Active® Degreaser 1100 is developed for CIP (Cleaning In Place) operations of heat exchangers, process equipment, tanks and piping etc. It effectively removes oil, fat/grease, wax and biological material, e.g. humus. Bio Gen Active® Degreaser 1100 can replace high-alkaline corrosive products when non-corrosive properties are desirable. No transport restrictions.

Rust 520

Bio Gen Active® Rust 520 is an effective, highly concentrated, pH-neutral rust remover, mild to the user, material and the environment. Bio Gen Active® Rust 520 is optimised for CIP (Cleaning In Place) reconditioning of waterborne systems with surface rust. The product can also be used in cleaning baths. The derusting requires presence of carbon steel in the cleaning liquid. It performs excellent when removing black rust (magnetite), red rust (hematite) and to a certain extent even other metal oxides. Has limited effect on lime deposits.

Combi 202

Bio Gen Active® Combi 202 is an effective, high concentrated, acidic degreaser, mild to the user, material and the environment. Bio Gen Active® Combi 202 is developed for CIP (Cleaning in Place) operations of both oil-borne systems and systems with deposits of limescale. It performs excellent on burned organic material such as coked oil. For optimal result, we recommend using CIP-machines in order to control temperature and circulation.

Scale 132 Copper

Bio Gen Active® Scale 132 Copper is an effective, high concentrated acidic cleaning agent, mild to the user, material and to the environment. Bio Gen Active® Scale 132 Copper is developed and optimised for CIP (Cleaning in Place) operations of water borne systems. The product can also be used in cleaning bath and on surfaces. It performs excellent when removing limescale, rust and other oxides. The product is especially designed for systems containing copper and copper brazed HEX. No transport restrictions.

Scale 60 gel

Bio Gen Active® Scale 60 gel is an effective descaling/derusting agent, mild to the user, material and the environment. The product is a ready-to-use product, viscous for better adhesion on ceilings and vertical surfaces. Bio Gen Active® Scale 60 gel is used for reconditioning of cisterns, containers, etc. The product works well on all types of oxides, lime scale deposits, salt precipitates etc.
