The effect on the exchanger increased from 1022 kW to 1226 kW, ~ 200kW, which represents a saving of about 20.000 EUR per year (2005). In addition, a much smoother flow was obtained which also had a positive impact on production and energy consumption. Furthermore, the cleaning was performed with minimal impact on other operations. The choice of Bio Gen Active® resulted in a successful treatment with minimal environmental impact.
